I’ve had a lot of people ask me what the difference is between Kickstarter and Indiegogo, which is better, and which they should use. There is no “ideal” project crowdfunding site. There are benefits and drawbacks to each and they all have their own respective communities. As a result of these questions, I’ve put together a simple comparison between Kickstarter and Indiegogo.

  • That is fascinating, so in some ways it looks like Indie gogo has lead, in at least the part that you can receive some funds if you don’t reach your goal, especially if you have some money to put toward your own goal and the amount that is raised is enough with what you have already to complete your project. Something to think about. Thanks for the info.
